Step 1) Register below and sign waiver to participate. 

Step 2) Pay $5 via VENMO @BEKINDSP33. Checks can also be mailed to Sarah Frosch , 201 15th Street, Prairie du Sac, WI 53578.

Step 3) Download pledge form (download button under the step-by-step)

Step 4) Collect pledges and they can be delivered via cash, check or venmo the day of event. Or before. 

Step 5) Mark your calendar for May 7th and get ready to have a great time!
